Understanding Outright Betting on bata
Outright Betting is fundamentally different from match betting. When you place a match bet on a Liga 1 fixture, you win or lose within subject to verification. With Outright Betting, your bet spans weeks or months. You are predicting the final outcome of an entire tournament or season, and your stake is locked in until that outcome is determined.
On bata, Outright Betting markets are clearly labeled by competition and time frame. A Liga 1 Outright shows "2024 Season Winner" and lists all 18 teams with their opening odds. A Champions League Outright shows "2023–24 Champion" and displays all 32 qualified teams. A Piala AFF Outright covers the tournament duration (typically three weeks during December or January around Idul Fitri holidays) and lists all participating nations.
The main appeal of Outright Betting is simplicity and long-term engagement. You do not need to watch every match or update your strategy constantly. You place your bet once, and bata handles settlement when the tournament ends. Many users enjoy Outright Betting because it lets them back their favourite team for an entire season without daily decision-making.

How to place an Outright Betting slip on bata
Placing an Outright Betting wager on bata takes three steps. First, log in to your account and navigate to the Outright Betting section. Select your tournament (e.g., "Liga 1 2024 Season Winner"). The market opens showing all competing teams with their current odds displayed next to each entry.
Second, tap the team you want to back. A betting slip appears showing your team, the odds, and a field to enter your stake amount. You type your wager and review your potential return (stake multiplied by the odds). Once satisfied, you confirm your slip. Your account balance is debited immediately, and your Outright Betting slip is locked in.
Third, your slip sits in your account history marked as "Active – Tournament Pending". You can view it anytime to see your team, your stake, your odds, and your potential return. Once the tournament concludes and your team is crowned winner, bata automatically settles your slip and credits your winnings. If your team does not win, your slip closes and your stake is forfeited.
How odds change during a tournament
Outright odds on bata move throughout a tournament. When Liga 1 season opens in January, every team's odds reflect their preseason form and squad changes. As the season progresses and teams win or lose matches, their odds shift. A team that starts favourite but loses early matches sees their odds lengthen (become worse). A team that plays unexpectedly well sees their odds shorten (become better).
This movement does not affect your locked-in slip. Once you place your Outright Betting wager, your odds are frozen. If you back a team at rules and their odds later drop to rules, your slip still pays out at rules if your team wins. This lock-in protection is one reason Outright Betting appeals to long-term backers—early bets capture early value, even if odds shift later.

Combining multiple outright bets
On bata, you can place Outright Betting slips across different tournaments simultaneously. For example, you might back Jakarta's team to win Liga 1, Surabaya's team to win Piala Indonesia, and Indonesia to win Piala AFF (if it is a tournament year). Each slip tracks independently in your account history.
You cannot combine multiple Outright Betting selections into a single parlay slip—each Outright wager must stand alone. This structure simplifies tracking and settlement. When Liga 1 concludes in December, your Liga 1 Outright slip settles. When Piala AFF concludes in January, your Piala AFF slip settles. Each tournament operates on its own calendar, and bata processes payouts as each one concludes.
