bata Desktop Site interface and navigation
The bata Desktop Site organizes betting markets in a three-column layout. On the left sits a collapsible menu listing all sports (football, esports, live-dealer games, slots). The center displays the current match list or game catalog, with lines, odds, and bet slips. The right sidebar shows your account balance, recent bets, and a quick-bet slip where you can build your wagers.
This layout maximizes readability on 13-inch laptop screens and larger monitors. You can resize columns by dragging the borders, so if you want more space for match odds, you shrink the sidebar. The layout adapts to your screen orientation—if you rotate a tablet to landscape, the menu and sidebar reflow to fit.
Navigation is hierarchical. Click "Football" in the left menu and a submenu expands showing Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, and Piala Asia. Select a league and the center pane fills with upcoming and live fixtures for that league. Click a match and a detailed odds panel opens, showing all bet types (full-match winner, handicap, totals, events) for that fixture.
The Desktop Site is designed for users who want to compare multiple matches and odds simultaneously. Because the screen is wider, you avoid the mobile app's constant scrolling and can see a full week of Liga 1 fixtures at once.
Account panel and balance management
Your account balance appears in the top-right corner of the Desktop Site. Clicking it opens a dropdown showing your current funds, deposit history, withdrawal requests, and loyalty points. From this panel, you can tap "Add Funds" to deposit or "Request Withdrawal" to cash out.
The account panel also displays your login status, two-factor authentication (2FA) settings, and a "Security" link. Clicking Security opens your password reset flow, session history, and device management. If you want to log out of all other browsers at once (e.g., if you suspect unauthorized access), there is a "Log out all devices" button that terminates every active session except your current one.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA)
- A security layer requiring a second confirmation (SMS code or authenticator app) after you enter your password. We recommend enabling 2FA on your bata account.
- Session history
- A log of every login attempt to your account, showing browser type, device name, IP address, and login time. Use this to spot unfamiliar access.
- Device management
- A list of browsers and devices you have used to access bata. You can revoke access for any device you no longer use.
- Password reset
- A secure form to change your password. We recommend updating it every 90 days or immediately if you suspect your account is compromised.
Football markets and tournament coverage on Desktop
The bata Desktop Site displays every football fixture we offer in a standardized grid. Each row is a match; columns show the league, teams, kick-off time, and opening odds for the most popular bet types (full-match winner, handicap, over/under goals). Rows are color-coded by league—Liga 1 matches are one color, Piala AFF another, Champions League a third, so you can scan quickly for the league you want.
Live matches (currently in play) appear at the top with a red "LIVE" badge and a scrolling scoreboard showing the current match state. You can click a live match to open an in-play odds panel that updates every few seconds as the game unfolds. This is where you place in-play bets (halftime score, next goalscorer, corner bets) during Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF group stages, or Champions League knockouts.
Historical results appear in a separate tab ("Finished Matches"). You can browse past Liga 1 or Piala Asia results and review odds and scores from previous weeks. This is useful if you want to analyze how odds shifted in past fixtures before deciding on your next bet strategy.
Setting up deposits and withdrawals
To deposit on the Desktop Site, click your account balance and select "Add Funds". A payment window opens showing five options: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and Bank Virtual Account. Select your preferred method.
If you choose online payment or e-wallet, you enter the amount you want to deposit and confirm. Our system generates a payment link; you tap it and your e-wallet app opens. You enter your PIN, confirm the transfer, and the funds appear in your bata account within seconds. mobile banking works similarly—our system shows you a QR code that you scan with your bank's app or a third-party QR scanner, confirm the amount, and the transfer processes instantly.
Bank Virtual Account deposits require you to enter your bank (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking), then we generate a unique virtual account number. You transfer funds from your personal bank account to this virtual number using your bank's app or online banking. The transfer settles within a few minutes during business hours; overnight or weekend transfers may take longer.
On your first withdrawal, you must verify your identity. Click "Request Withdrawal", upload a photo of your ID card (KTP or passport), and confirm your phone number via SMS. Once verified (typically within a few hours), withdrawals process instantly. Future withdrawals skip verification and route directly to your chosen payment method.
Withdrawal review and security checks
Every withdrawal request triggers an automated review. Our system checks that your account is verified, your balance covers the withdrawal, and the requested method matches your account history. This review typically completes in seconds; you see a "Approved" status and your funds are on the way to your bank or e-wallet.
Occasionally (if a withdrawal amount is unusually large or the account is new), a withdrawal may be flagged for manual review. In these cases, you see a "Pending Approval" status and our team reviews the request. Manual review may take several hours. You can check the withdrawal status anytime by clicking your account balance and selecting "Withdrawal History".
